It's a great resource, meticulously organised, into boards for everything from anatomy (hands and feet - my nemeses!) to bikes and tanks.  Note that it's a design reference collection, not photo reference, so if you're looking for real life reference to make studies it's not what you're after. But often looking at the awesome things fellow artists come up with can be just as inspiring, so go look!
